How will I know that my reservation is complete?
Only a few time after you fill in the reservation form you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your booking details. You can print it.
Who will be waiting for me on arrival to Crete?
One of our company drivers will be waiting for you at a predetermined spot holding a "Taxi2Crete" or "your name" sign and all of your reservation details. At the airport the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival lounge.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We 're updating constantly with the flight routes in order to be on time with our clients. However it would be very helpful if you could contact us and inform us with any changes.
We have a lot of luggage with us, is that a problem ?
If you carry a lot of luggage please inform us before your arrival and we wiil do our best to suit them in a vehicle. In case they don't fit, we will have to use a second taxi at your expense, or you can book a different type of vehicle (mini van, mini bus) on your reservation.
